No data requested
The site has no account, form or newsletter: we never ask you for personal data.
Cookies
homebycolor sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no tracking tools. That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Our host may set a technical security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell visitors from bots. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and exempt from consent.
If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent before setting any cookie.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a safe, available website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts and photos
Fonts are served by the site itself: no request is sent to Google Fonts.
Product photos are loaded from the shops' servers (Aosom, Éclairage Déco). Your browser connects to them to load the images, which shares your IP address with them; the page you came from is not shared.
Affiliate links
When you click an offer, you go through the Awin affiliate network before reaching the shop. Awin and the shop may then set cookies on their own sites to attribute any commission. Their privacy policies apply; homebycolor receives no data about you, only commission amounts.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to us at contact@homebycolor.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
